System WorCx was founded in 2004 by its current president, Michael Mantai.  Headquartered in Charlotte, NC with offices in Columbia, SC and Chapel Hill, NC, System WorCx is a professional, focused firm serving clients all across the Southeast.  We are an engineering firm offering no design services.  95% of our business is third-party building system commissioning and energy related services.  This focus allows us to be the most qualified, experienced professional to offer you, the client, the outcome and performance you desire out of your building investment.

The majority of our projects are complex construction projects.  We have handle projects both large and small.  From a professional office space seeking an efficient, streamlined operating system to large hospital systems as large as $200 million.  Consequently, we are staffed to handle multiple large, complex projects due to our technical expertise, strategic locations and close proximity to all our clients.
