- Comprehensive review of systems. We practice a 100% Verification – not just random sampling procedures. Not only do we review all the systems and find that one issue, but also the fee we give is the fee we stick to. There are no additional fees when a problem is found and additional work is required.
- Why 100% Verification? Through years of experience, countless site visits and our clients focus on the bottom line; we have found that random sampling just doesn’t cut it. Inevitably there will be issues and likely those issues will be overlooked. Whether we’re working on a Commercial Interiors project (tenant up-fit) and find the spaces are not correctly connected to the main terminals or one program code in a new hospital center is incorrect, throwing off a stream of problems affecting several systems and functions, we understand, and our clients realize, the value of finding the problem and fixing it the first time around is well worth the initial investment. Finding, diagnosing and fixing the problem after the fact inevitably will cost significantly more than if these were found in the design or construction phases.
