Certified LEED® Gold Core & Shell project for a large multi-story high-rise office building. System WorCx is also commissioning a large tenant up-fit within the building for LEED® for Commercial Interiors.
System WorCx provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services.
Bank of America Corporate Center – Charlotte, NC
This is a LEED® for Commercial Interiors project that involved two separate projects. Floors 19 and 21 renovations have achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
The first was complete renovation of 6 of the 60 floors of the building (approximately 24,000 square feet each).
Townpark 400- Lake Mary, FL
This is a LEED® for Core & Shell project. The project involves a 5-story office building.
