Certified LEED® Gold Core & Shell project for a large multi-story high-rise office building.
System WorCx is also commissioning a large tenant up-fit within the building for LEED® for Commercial Interiors.
System WorCx provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services.
The project energy-related systems included:
- Water-source self-contained variable-air-volume air conditioning units.
- Cooling Towers with variable frequency drives.
- Building Automation System.
- Lighting controls.
