Project Description:
This is a new office and clinic building for the Hospice. Awarded LEED® Gold certification. Systems include ground-coupled heat pumps, energy recovery units, and lighting controls.
The project energy-related systems included:
- HVAC and building automation
- Domestic Hot Water.
- Lighting controls.
System WorCx Scope of Work
System WorCx was hired as a third-party commissioning firm during the design phase. Commissioning included LEED® Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning.
