Project Description:
The project involves a new Bedtower, surgical and PACU floor, and Radiology floor. It is being designed for LEED® Certification.
The project commissioned systems included:

- Lighting
- Plumbing
- Fire Protection
- Fire Alarm
- Smoke Control
- Medical Gas
System WorCx Scope of Work:
System WorCx was hired as a third-party consultant to the Owner during Schematic Design. Scope included design phase, construction and acceptance, and warranty phase commissioning, including both Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for LEED® Certification.
