The project includes complete renovation of the dormitory, including replacement of the HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems. The project is designed for LEED® Certification.
Biosystems Research Complex – Clemson, SC
System WorCx was hired to perform existing building commissioning (retrocommissioning) on the laboratory and greenhouse facility. The building included variable volume Phoenix fume hood controls, central air handling and fume hood exhaust, and greenhouse environmental controls.
Cap Science Laboratory – Boone, NC
System WorCx was hired to perform existing building commissioning (retrocommissioning) on this building. The building was identified as a candidate for commissioning due to very high energy usage, and historical problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation.
Choate Construction Company Offices – Charlotte, NC
The project involved the upfit of the 4th floor of Providence Plaza. System WorCx was hired by the Owner to perform commissioning services.
New Science Building – Charleston, SC
This new facility will house the college’s science departments, including laboratory, classroom, office, and other spaces.
H.F. Robinson Hall – Cullowhee, NC
System WorCx was hired to perform existing building commissioning (retrocommissioning) on this building. The building was identified as a candidate for commissioning due to relatively high-energy usage, location of executive offices, and the housing of a museum space in the building.
School of Pharmacy – Elizabeth City, NC
This is a new 3-story building housing laboratory and classroom space for the school of pharmacy.
