Project Description:
This is a new 3-story building housing laboratory and classroom space for the school of pharmacy.
The project energy-related systems included:
- Building Automation System and Laboratory Airflow Controls.
- Chilled water and heating water system connected to campus distribution system.
- Air Handling Units.
- Fume Hood Exhaust and Heat Recovery.
- Normal and Emergency Power Distribution.
- Laboratory air and vacuum systems.
- Domestic Hot Water.
- Plumbing pumps
- Lighting
