Project Description:
System WorCx was hired to perform existing building commissioning (retrocommissioning) on this building. The building was identified as a candidate for commissioning due to relatively high-energy usage, location of executive offices, and the housing of a museum space in the building.
The project energy-related systems included:
- Building Automation System.
- Chiller/Cooling Tower.
- Steam system connected to campus distribution system.
- Air Handling Units.
- Domestic Hot Water.
- Lighting.
- Utility Metering.
