Michael Mantai, PE
Michael founded the company in 2004 to focus on building commissioning, after a career in facilities engineering, construction project management and as a principal in a design firm.
In his free time you can often find him on the tennis courts, and he loves to travel the world.
He graduated from Duke University with a degree in mechanical engineering and has more than 30 years experience in building design, construction, commissioning and operations.
Mark Kohler, PE
The former Eagle Scout completed hiking the Vermont 270-mile The Long Trail and later completed the 469-mile North Carolina and Virginia Blue Ridge Parkway by bicycle.
Mark is the State of North Carolina High Power Vintage Service Rifle Champion 2010, 2011, 2012 and State High Power Service Rifle Sharpshooter Champion 2014.
Mark graduated from SUNY-Binghamton with a degree in mechanical engineering. A former facility engineer with IBM for many years and with more than 30 years experience, Mark has completed some of the most challenging projects for System WorCx since joining the company in 2008.

Peter Kohler, PE, CCP
Peter enjoys motorcycling, mountain biking, camping, hiking, boating, and spending time with friends and family.
A graduate of UNC Charlotte with a degree in mechanical engineering, Peter has been commissioning his entire career.
